The Tail Plucker is a specialized defeathering machine designed for efficient removal of tail feathers during poultry slaughtering and processing. The machine operates through a motor-driven sprocket and chain transmission system, which drives the meshing gears and spiral shafts. As the chicken tail passes through the meshing spiral shafts, tail feathers are effectively loosened and removed with controlled mechanical action, ensuring reliable defeathering while minimizing damage to the skin. The working height of the tail plucker can be adjusted according to the overhead conveyor height, allowing smooth integration with different slaughtering line layouts and bird sizes.
