Information
Scalding is a critical process in poultry slaughtering, directly determining defeathering efficiency, carcass appearance, skin integrity, and the overall quality of final products. A stable and uniform scalding effect is essential to achieve high plucking performance while avoiding skin damage and over-scalding.
The RANICHE Poultry Scalder adopts a steam heating system with heat exchange technology, combined with an automatic temperature control system, to ensure precise and stable water temperature throughout the scalding process. This design effectively prevents over-scalding while maintaining consistent processing conditions for different bird sizes and production capacities. The scalder features a closed tank structure, which reduces steam loss and improves energy efficiency during continuous operation.
To achieve uniform heat distribution and optimal feather wetting, the machine is equipped with an air agitation system that injects controlled air through distributed nozzles into the water. This creates strong and consistent turbulence, keeping the water in a tumbling state and ensuring even temperature distribution. As birds pass through the agitated water and air bubbles, feathers and skin are fully immersed, resulting in efficient and uniform scalding that significantly improves downstream plucking performance. An automatic water replenishing system maintains stable water levels and processing conditions during production.
Manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel, the scalder offers excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic performance, and long service life in demanding slaughterhouse environments. Multiple conveying track structures, including U-track, N-track, and W-track designs, are available to suit different plant layouts, production capacities, and processing requirements. The machine is designed for easy dismantling, allowing convenient cleaning and maintenance in compliance with international food safety standards.
