The RANICHE Electrical Stunning Machine is designed to provide fast, safe, and humane stunning of live poultry before slaughter, ensuring smooth downstream processing and improved bleeding efficiency. The system is equipped with a frequency converter controller, allowing precise adjustment of frequency, current, and voltage to suit different bird sizes, species, and processing capacities. High-frequency stunning is available, making the equipment particularly suitable for medium to high-capacity poultry slaughtering lines.

The stunning trough is manufactured from insulating fiberglass material, offering reliable electrical insulation and a high level of operational safety. Live birds, conveyed by the overhead shackle line, are stunned quickly and evenly, helping to reduce wing flapping, minimize carcass damage, and improve overall product quality. At the same time, effective stunning contributes to better blood collection and cleaner bleeding, which is essential for meeting international processing standards.

OVERVIEW：

In modern poultry slaughtering and processing plants, every attempt is made to ensure living birds to be processed quickly and painlessly. After the living birds have been hung on the moving shackles and prior to slaughter, they are usually stunned by running their heads through a water bath that conducts an electric current, which renders the birds unconscious and unaware of pain, but not kill them. RANICHE Stunner is equipped with Frequency Converter Controller to stun the living birds quickly and safely, in order to slaughter easily, avoid the damage of birds wings, and contribute to the collection of birds blood.
