Forced Spraying Machine for Poultry Slaughtering Line

The Forced Spraying Machine is installed before the scalding section in a poultry slaughtering line and is designed to improve scalding efficiency and overall defeathering performance. The machine adopts a special arrangement of spraying nozzles, ensuring warm water is evenly sprayed onto key parts of the bird, including the hocks, wings, shoulders, breast, back, and tail. This pre-wetting process allows feathers to absorb moisture more effectively, enabling faster and more uniform immersion when entering the scalder.

The system utilizes a heat exchange heating method, which provides stable warm water while avoiding the risk of over-scalding and protecting skin quality. During operation, spraying water is recycled through a rotary separator, where feathers, dirt, and impurities are filtered out and automatically discharged, keeping the water cleaner and reducing overall water consumption. As a result, the forced spraying process helps maintain cleaner scalder water, improves scalding consistency, and enhances downstream plucking results.

Manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel, the forced spraying machine offers excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic performance, and long-term durability in slaughterhouse environments. With its reliable performance, simple operation, and easy maintenance, the equipment can be seamlessly integrated into different poultry processing lines, contributing to higher processing efficiency, better feather removal, and more stable product quality.
