In modern chicken feet processing lines, rapid and uniform chilling is a critical step to reduce product temperature, maintain hygiene, and preserve product quality before further handling or packing. After being separated from the carcasses in the poultry slaughtering line, chicken feet are transferred to a dedicated feet processing section where controlled pre-chilling is required to stabilize the product and prepare it for downstream processing.

The Feet Spiral Pre-chiller is designed to keep chicken feet fully immersed in cold water for a controlled period, allowing efficient and even temperature reduction. The spiral conveying structure ensures continuous movement of the feet through the chilling tank, while an integrated air blower agitation system keeps the water in constant motion to maintain uniform temperature distribution. An overflow structure on the feeding side helps maintain the correct water level during continuous operation, ensuring stable and consistent chilling performance.

Fully manufactured from 304 stainless steel, this feet pre-chiller is suitable for long-term operation in wet poultry processing environments. Effective chilling can be achieved using ice water or by directly adding flake ice, making the system adaptable to different production capacities and cooling requirements.
