During operation, crates are conveyed forward by a chain-driven system and pass through multiple washing zones. High-temperature and high-pressure water spraying is applied to remove dirt, feathers, and residues from crate surfaces. The washing water passes through a rolling filtration system to remove solid impurities, then flows into the water tank for recycling and repeated use through a centrifugal pump, reducing overall water consumption.

The entire machine is manufactured from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic performance, and durability in wet slaughterhouse environments. The system is suitable for various types and sizes of poultry crates, making it adaptable to different plant requirements.
