The 2000 Ducks Per Hour Duck Slaughtering Line is a fully automated poultry processing solution designed for medium to large-scale duck processing plants. This system integrates advanced automation, hygienic design, and high-efficiency equipment to ensure stable production capacity, improved product quality, and compliance with international food safety standards.
This duck processing line is suitable for handling up to 2000 ducks per hour, covering the complete process from live bird handling to final chilling and further processing. The entire system is designed to reduce labor intensity, improve operational efficiency, and maximize product yield while maintaining animal welfare and hygienic processing conditions.
The complete duck slaughter line includes the following processing sections:
1. Live Bird Handling Section
Live ducks are unloaded, transported, and hung onto the overhead conveyor system. This section ensures smooth and stress-free handling, improving animal welfare and reducing damage to birds.
2. Stunning & Bleeding Section
Ducks are stunned using an electric stunner, followed by bleeding through an automatic bleeding trough system, ensuring efficient blood removal and preparation for further processing.
3. Scalding & Defeathering Section
The carcasses are processed through a scalding machine with precise temperature control, followed by horizontal and vertical defeathering machines to ensure efficient feather removal. For ducks, additional processes such as wax dipping, cooling, and dewaxing machines are applied to remove fine feathers thoroughly.
4. Waxing & Dewaxing System (For Duck Processing)
Due to the characteristics of duck feathers, the line is equipped with a wax dipping tank, wax cooling tank, and dewaxing machine, ensuring complete removal of small feathers and improving carcass appearance.
5. Evisceration Section
After defeathering, ducks enter the evisceration line, where internal organs are removed manually or automatically. Supporting equipment such as evisceration troughs and viscera conveyors ensure hygienic handling and efficient processing.
6. Carcass Washing & Inspection
Carcasses are cleaned using a carcass washing machine and inspected for quality control before entering the chilling system.
7. Pre-Chilling Section
The cleaned carcasses are transferred into a spiral pre-chiller or immersion chiller, where they are cooled using chilled water or ice water to reduce core temperature and maintain meat freshness.
8. Cut-Up & Further Processing Section (Optional)
Depending on market requirements, the line can be extended with cutting machines, deboning machines, and further processing equipment for portioning and value-added products.
9. Grading & Packaging Section
The final products are weighed, graded, and packed using automatic weighing systems, vacuum packaging machines, and shrink packing machines, ensuring standardized output for retail or distribution.
10. By-Product Processing Section
Feathers and other by-products are handled by a feather processing system, including feather pump, separator, dewatering machine, and screw press, ensuring environmental compliance and resource utilization.
The 2000 ducks per hour slaughter line is designed with high automation and modular structure, allowing flexible configuration according to plant layout and customer requirements. The use of food-grade stainless steel ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.
The system improves production efficiency while reducing labor costs, ensuring consistent processing quality and high yield. With integrated hygiene control, optimized process flow, and compatibility with international standards such as HACCP, this duck slaughtering line is an ideal solution for modern poultry processing enterprises aiming for high efficiency, safety, and profitability.
