The Food Metal Detector is designed for online inspection in modern food processing and poultry processing lines, and is widely used to detect metal foreign objects mixed in raw materials, semi-finished products, or finished products. It can accurately identify iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other metal contaminants during continuous production, helping food processors ensure product safety and comply with strict quality control standards.

This food-grade metal detection system adopts advanced digital signal processing technology and supports multiple selectable detection frequencies to adapt to different product characteristics. The system can store and manage up to 100 different product parameters, allowing operators to switch detection settings freely according to actual production needs. With full-metal detection capability, it can effectively identify both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as certain conductive and magnetic non-metal foreign materials.
