The Steam Generator is designed to provide stable and efficient steam supply for poultry slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, food factories, and industrial heating systems. In poultry processing lines, steam is mainly used for scalder heating, feather loosening, cleaning, sterilization, and other thermal processes that require precise temperature control. With high thermal efficiency and rapid steam production, this steam generator ensures continuous and reliable operation for small, medium, and large-scale processing facilities.

Available in multiple evaporation capacities such as 300 kg/h, 500 kg/h, and 1000 kg/h, the system operates at a fixed working pressure of 0.7 MPa, making it suitable for most poultry processing and food industry applications. The boiler supports various fuel options including light diesel oil, natural gas, and LPG, offering flexibility according to local energy availability. With a thermal efficiency of approximately 92%, the unit delivers strong heat output while maintaining optimized fuel consumption and reduced operating costs.

Designed with a compact structure and integrated control system, the steam generator operates under standard 220V / 50Hz power supply and features automatic control for safe and stable performance. The system is equipped with safety valves, steam outlet connections, chimney exhaust, and optional waste heat recovery interfaces to improve energy utilization.
