Carcass Dewatering Machine

In modern poultry processing lines, carcasses absorb a certain amount of water during the chilling process, especially after water or immersion chilling. Excess surface moisture can affect downstream weighing accuracy, packaging efficiency, and overall product appearance. Therefore, an efficient dewatering process is essential to improve product consistency and optimize processing performance.

The Carcass Dewatering Machine is designed to effectively remove surface water from poultry carcasses after chilling. Carcasses enter the rotating drum and move forward continuously as the drum is driven by a chain-wheel and reducer system. During rotation, centrifugal force causes excess water on the carcass surface to be separated and discharged, achieving stable and uniform dewatering without damaging the carcass structure. The operating speed can be adjusted through frequency control to match different production capacities and line speeds.

Fully manufactured from 304 stainless steel, this carcass dewatering machine meets hygiene requirements for poultry slaughtering equipment and is suitable for long-term operation in wet processing environments.
